What kind of church is the Corsicana House of Praise?
Corsicana House of Praise is a pentecostal, charismatic worship center affiliated with the Church of God, Cleveland, TN. It is the oldest Pentecostal Church in the world dating back to 1886. Our goal is to be a church that looks and sounds like heaven, full of the diversity and wholeness God created us to possess.

What happens in your church services?
We minister to the Lord in praise and worship. Each church service begins with joyous and heartfelt songs that ascribe honor and glory to God.
We minister the Word of God. The proclamation of the Gospel brings wholeness and strength to people ready to receive its truth.
We minister to people. We pray for the sick, comfort the hurting and sorrowful, encourage the weak and weary, and reach out in love to all people.

What is appropriate to wear?
Come as you are.  The dress ranges from casual to professional.

Do you have something for my kids?
Yes!  We offer exciting activities for young people that range from nursery to college ministries.  Children's and Student ministries go on every week so there is always a place for our young people to become involved.
